June Rocked the Planet!

June has flown by as a warm, fuzzy blur from my perspective!  New Moon and the Partial Solar Eclipse on June 1st, kicked off the month with some dynamic and powerful energies.

Women's Ceremonial Sweat Lodge was awesome on the June 15th Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse; I'm delighted and honored to have poured the sweat, and that several teen sisters were in attendance, and rockin' it.

Full Moon energy and a sense of community were celebrated on 6/18/11 in another powerful Sweat Lodge.  There was such Beauty, Power and Sweetness in that lodge… it makes my heart sing to think of it, and the fabulous cirlce of loving, supportive people.  

Summer Solstice rocked only days later on June 21st, with Marie Diamond's teachings and Solstice Meditation links!  Marie is the Feng Shui expert from the hit movie and book, The Secret.  I LOVE Marie, and her meditations always rock the planet, and leave one feeling deeply empowered.  Be sure to download the meditation and use it abundantly this summer.  Here's the link ~

On 6/24/11, I was blessed to catch a LIVE radio program hosted by Michael Bernard Beckwith (of movie and book, The Secret fame) , with honored guest, the Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo.   Dhyani is an international spiritual teacher, author and 27th generation holder of the Ancestral Ywahoo Lineage in the Cherokee Tradition.  I'm tracking down a link for this profound interview and will keep you posted.

Sunday, 6/26/11 rocked with a meditation by Eckhart Tolle.  What a fabulous way to begin the day too.  I LOVE Eckhart's energy and knack for making profoundly deep spiritual teachings beautifully simplistic and applicable to our daily lives.  It was way cool to breathe into the Power of Now with him! A Better World

Aloha and Happy Aloha Friday!

I am delighted that a Facebook friend shared a YouTube video with me this morning that literally made my day.  It led me on a wonderful discovery of joyous, enlightening surfing.  Ten Intentions for a Better World is a gem.



It is suggested that we speak the intentions aloud daily.  I received this from video creator, Oribel Divine, who has this to say,

"This video is based a set of Intentions created by Tony Burroughs called The Code. Each morning I would read it and I feel a sense of exhilaration and pure joy and great harmony after my proclamation to the Universe. I feel that it's in absolute alignment with what we want to accomplish for panet Earth - PEACE!

And know that the old you is giving way to a much larger, grander you - the you that is in service to others.  You are blossoming in all our glory, and it is this blossoming that you have always longed for.  Be open, be available, and, in the meantime, be at peace.  Your prayers and intentions are all being answered."

I imagine the momentous shift that will occur with the synergy we will create by doing this collectively.  The New Golden Age of Enlightenment is upon us.

I've been on the Mayan Calendar for 8 years now ~ and the accuracy is mind boggling as a synchronization tool.  I have posted some amazing tools (from a number of sources) to assist everyone in navigating these rapidly changing times.

As of March 9, 2011 we entered the 9th, and final wave of the Mayan Calendar (utilizing Carl Calleman's model).  This wave will last until October 28, 2011 ~ the end of the calendar.

A TRIBUTE TO THE YOUTH

There is hope for the future!

Hats off to the "Kau 7" for having the vision to dream their future dreams awake.  It all started with an idea to "Pay It Forward" Contest.  I'm involved with a private member organization that turns current and past debt into cash for it's members, and offers a $100,000 Bonus Buddy gift to the recipient of your choice.

I decided to run a contest for a $100,000 Bonus Buddy gift ~ and only sent out 100 emails.  To me this was awesome ~ a 1/100 chance of winning $100,000.  To my total surprise I only received 3 entries, with only 1 day to go until the contest deadline.

I happened to mention this while a group of teens were hanging out for Spring Break.  They asked if there was any age limit on this $100,000 gift.  It was then that my light bulb went on.  I told them that they were invited to participate…the rules were easy, simply tell me, "What you would do with $100,000 RIGHT NOW?"

I could see their excitement.  Within an hour I received notification from the group of 7 that they decided that they wanted to work together as 1 and proceeded to make their proposal.  I was (and still am) awestruck by them, and their idea(s).

I knew the moment that I received their proposal that they were the winners!  The youngest is 11, and the oldest is 16.  I still glow every time I think of them, and their excitement.

That's when the realization hit me...The adults have been so battered by life (particularly over the past few years), that they have lost touch with their dreams!  They can't even imagine something wonderful happening to them.  So sad!

What is there, when hope isn't even left?

Thankfully the children are our hope.  …And I can tell you from what I've seen created by this dynamic group of 7 on paper is awesome.

Here's what I received from them…

"Subject: Bonus Buddy Proposal

Dear Amber,

While we were up at Randi's we constructed the idea that we could be more productive if we made the bonus buddy proposal together. So we decided that we would devote 5,000 to each of our families. So they can deal with financial expenses. That left us with 65,000 dollars total. At that point Tia mentioned she's always wanted to own a restaurant. Deeming this a good idea we decided we would pool the remaining cash, to fund a restaurant in Ocean-View. ( Randi, Tia, Devan, Robert, Sergio, Shylee, and Lacey) All of us, with the exception of Robert, would work every job. Robert would work taking care of fiances, advertising, and legal matters. This restaurant would serve dinner from 5:00pm to 8:30pm because, of coarse we are all still in high school. But after high school we will open up for lunch as well. At this restaurant we hold community events such as open mic, dances and teen club events. The idea behind this is to be a five star restaurant. The location for this restaurant is still under speculation.We have not discovered a suitable location yet. We thought that this was a good idea because it helps the community as well as our selves and our families."
